Error downloading paid lesson videos

I want to download my courses from a course-viewing platform where I pay an annual fee. For example, I download the “What is X?” video, and now that I’m on Topic Y, it won’t let me download the video for Topic Y—it just downloads the exact same video I already downloaded for Topic X. This issue needs to be resolved urgently... (at least for me, it’s urgent :))
